The Class

Through simple, repetitive calisthenics and plyometrics, participants challenge the body to engage the mind. With guided instruction and powerful music, The Class invites students to witness their resistance to discomfort. The result is an expansive, heart-clearing and body-strengthening release. This Class challenges and enlightens me while building an incredibly strong, lean, resilient body. I am learning tools to empower my life.

Sharon Chatten Acting Studio

Sharon Chatten is an acting coach based in Venice, CA. With her 40 years of experience in the industry she is incredibly knowledgeable and inspiring. She has a rich background in theatre spending years at The Actors Studio in New York. I have studied many places in Los Angeles, and can say with certainty that I have grown and gotten the most of of Sharon’s classes.

Jean-Louis Rodrigue and Kristof Konrad are the team that make up Alexander Techworks. They are internationally known as two of the most sought after acting coaches, performance experts, and movement teachers. They offer private instruction, training, coaching, group classes, and intensive workshops in Los Angeles, New York, Berlin, Toronto, Melbourne, and many other cities. I did the intensive workshop in LA and it changed me for the better!

UCB Improv

UCB- My favorite School for Improv and Sketch Comedy. So many classes to choose from and fun performances going on nightly in their theatre. It’s a great place to build community and set yourself free - and laugh your ass off.

UNICEF works in over 190 countries and territories to save children’s lives, to defend their rights, and to help them fulfil their potential, from early childhood through adolescence. And they never give up.

Children International

Children International is focused on making a long-term impact by helping kids living in poverty. They have a bold vision: graduating healthy, educated, empowered and employed young adults from our program so they can achieve the goal of breaking the cycle of poverty.

The Art of Elysium

The Art of Elysium supports artists working for the benefit of others.

They pair volunteer artists with communities in Los Angeles to support individuals in the midst of difficult emotional life challenges like illness, hospitalization, displacement, confinement, and/or crisis. They serve medically fragile children, teens, adults, seniors, those dealing with social, emotional and mental health issues, and the homeless.
